Furious over being stopped from playing PUBG, a 25-year-old man allegedly beheaded his father and chopped off his legs.
The incident took place in a village in Karnataka, India. The culprit, Raghuveer Kumbar, and his father, Shankrappa, 65, had a heated argument over PUBG on Sunday, September 8. According to a Times Now report , the deceased was a retired from policeman and used to have quarrels with his son over his addiction to the online game.

According to a News18 report Raghuveer committed the heinous act after knowing that his father had cut off their internet connection. The father also confiscated his phone. The enraged boy locked up his family members in another room and then started beating his father, before chopping him up in pieces.
A Belagavi police official told Indian Express, "A case has been registered against the accused Raghuveer (25), who was addicted to online games like PUBG. His father had repeatedly advised him not to play the game and upset with his father Raghuveer had beheaded Shankar."
